Romona PTA

         Stay Informed & Connected

The PTA picks up where District 39 leaves off to provide all children in our school curriculum based activities such as field trips, in-classroom hands on workshops, author visits, school assemblies and so much more!  Without the financial support of the Romona families, this would not be possible.  If you haven't already done so, please consider supporting our IGNITE fund.

Classroom Enrichment
The PTA funded many enriching activities that align with the curriculum to enhance ALL children at Romona's learning experience.  For a list of last year's activities, please click here.

WELL Outdoor Garden Classroom
During 2006, Romona created an outdoor classroom called "The World Environments Learning Laboratory”, WELL.  The WELL garden is an innovative learning space in Romona's courtyard which celebrates and honors the incredible diversity of our school. All students at Romona get an opportunity to learn in the WELL. To learn more about this important space at Romona, click here.
